There are 2 routes to access the property if you're driving through Cobano. The shorter mountain route or the longer beach route through Santa Teresa town. Roads can get difficult in the wet season (May to November) depending on your vehicle and your skills as a driver. If you have: 4x2 low-rise: you should take the longer beach route through town. 4x4 low-rise or 4x2 high-rise: shorter mountain route should be fine, call ahead to check for road conditions.

GETTING AROUND SANTA TERESA

ATV Rentals

Public Bus

All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) or Quads are the preferred way for locals to get around town. We can have quads delivered to the property for $80 per day during high season and $60 per day during the low season.

There is a regularly scheduled public bus that takes you from Cobano to Playa Hermosa, passing through Playas Carmen and Santa Teresa, and finally up the hill to the Manzanillo-Santiago cruce (intersection). From the cruce, it's avout a 30-min walk to the property. There's normally a bus once an hour or two, and the schedule does change regularly. You can normally find the schedule online.
